Throughout this website and any connected social media the use of the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refers at all times to Grace and James. The use of this website and any social media attached to this brand, are at all times governed by the following set of Terms and conditions. Furthermore, the user is taken to agree to the Terms and Conditions when engaging in the services offered by Grace and James.

By purchasing one of our products or interacting in any way with our brand, you are engaging in our service and we assume that you have read and understood the following set of Terms and Conditions. You therefore agree to be bound by them at all times.

PURCHASING A CANDLE OR PRODUCT:

When using our online store, you agree to provide any details requested by us, including identifiable information and payment information. When purchasing any of our products you agree that payment will be taken upon the placement of your order.

Grace and James will not complete any order until payment has successfully cleared.

Grace and James reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. Grace and James also reserves the right to cancel an order, if necessary and at any time, without consequence.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE:

Grace and James, at all times, reserves the right to make amendments to our services, products or prices without notice or consequence.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS:

We know that you will love your candle, however in the event that you don’t feel that your chosen scent is quite right for you, we are happy to exchange it for another of our beautiful scents. Exchanges will only be accepted on full price items within 14 days of purchase. Exchange is not available on candles purchased on sale. In order to successfully exchange your order, the following procedure must be followed:

1. Email Grace and James at: info@graceandjames.com.au indicating your wish to exchange and the new scent you would like to receive. Please include your original order number in this email.

2. When returning your candle for exchange please ensure that it is in brand new condition. Candles for exchange must also be wrapped in the same way as they are wrapped when you receive them. Returns for exchange will not be accepted if damage is done to the candle due to appropriate care not being taken by the customer when returning the candle. All postage costs of returning the candle are the responsibility of the customer, however Grace and James will gladly cover the cost of sending your replacement candle to you.

We will only provide a refund of the purchase price where your product is faulty or has been damaged in transit. In this instance we ask that you contact us at: info@graceandjames.com.au and provide a photograph of the product so that we may assess it. If a refund is appropriate it will be made within 48 hours. If you simply require a replacement candle, one will be shipped to you free of charge.

Grace and James will endeavor to respond to all refund and exchange enquiries sent by email within 48 hours.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

All intellectual property on our website or any of our social media, including photographs, logos, any other images or literature are the property of the author and may not be reproduced either in whole or in part without express consent from the author.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES:

There may be links within our website or social media platforms that direct you to third party websites. Grace and James take no responsibility for the content of these websites. Any third party website linked to Grace and James will be governed by their own policies and these are not connected to us nor do we do we assess their content or procedures.

FEEDBACK:

Your feedback is valuable to us, and we love to share it with others on our website. By providing us with feedback you agree to allow us to publish it in the feedback section of our website. We will at all times endeavor to post the feedback in its entirety, however we reserve the right to make alterations to any part of it that we deem as offensive or inappropriate for publication.

SOCIAL MEDIA:

Throughout our social media there is an acceptable standard of behavior. All users, when commenting or engaging in any other interaction through our social media platforms, agree to maintain a respectful and courteous standard of communication.

No abuse or foul language will be tolerated. We reserve the right to delete any inappropriate comments and to block users who do not adhere to these conditions.

When commenting on our social media you take full responsibility for the accuracy or content of any comments made. Grace and James will accept no liability or responsibility for anything published by third parties on our social media.

INSTAGRAM:

We love seeing our customer’s post pictures of our products and we love to share these through our Grace and James Instagram. If you tag us in a picture of our product, it is implied that you give us permission to re-post your image or use it for other promotional purposes. Images will always be credited to the author and will always remain the property of the author. We will never take credit for any image that is not our own.

The personal information provided to Grace and James during the use of our service is at all times governed by our Privacy Policy.

ENTIRITY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

This set of terms and conditions represents the entirety of the agreement between us and our customers and users. The only time any other Term or Condition will apply is when one is expressly prescribed by statute.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Grace and James reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice or consequence. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be published here and will become effective immediately at the time of publishing.
